As a small business, every appointment matters—when you don’t show up, we don’t make money, yet we still have families to support and bills to pay. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as any no-call/no-show, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service or $15, whichever is greater. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and the cancellation fee will still apply. By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize the charge to the card on file. This policy helps ensure we can continue providing great service while respecting everyone’s time.
